Quitting Smoking - day 2...(day 0 and 1 inclusive)

Once again, i am trying to quit smoking.this time i am determined to quit it for good... 
just gonna try to keep blogging on this to keep my daily progresss....

on saturday i didnt buy ciggies and then by voice of reasoning from the few around, i decided to embark on the quitting scene yet again. Sunday i was not too concerned as i kept telling myself that i am not denying myself anything. that is the biggest difference from last times to this times.I am constantly reminding myself I am not denying myself anything

In the night, when walking grizzly when i am usually most tempted, i was able to ignore the craving......

---Day 2 ----
HAve eaten celery sticks, carrot, peas, soup, 3 clementines.....
have 2 bananas and 1 apple left.....
i feel subconciously whether i am putting on weight....but ges tis just subconcious ...i will be fine...
and i will be able to climb without losing wind again...thats motiviation....

well we will see shall we...how long i go on this...my motto this time is to take it on daily basis, from dawn to nite, can i push away the cravings....

You know .. Now that you are through with Day 4, I don't think you will go back to i.. Because if you did, you will have to start all over again.. :)
